Questions, answered.
What kind of photo should I take? +
Any clear phone photo works: one product per photo, the whole product visible, label facing the camera, in decent light. It can be held in your hand; we remove it.
How long do you keep my photos? +
Uploaded and generated images are kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted. We email you 7 days and 1 day before, and every batch shows its deletion date. You can also delete a batch yourself at any time.
Will the label and brand stay exactly the same? +
We instruct the AI to keep the product, logo and all text untouched, and it usually does. Small text can occasionally be altered. If that happens, report the image and we refund it after review.
How do I pay? +
Add credit to your account by bank transfer or cash deposit; it is confirmed within a few hours. Online card payment is coming soon.
What if an image fails? +
You are only charged for images that are generated. If something fails, the image is automatically free and your credit is returned.
Can I add my logo? +
Yes. Upload a PNG of your logo once, pick its position, size and opacity, and download any image with or without it.
