Terms of use

1. The service

PhotoPro turns photos of products that you upload into edited product images using artificial intelligence. Results are generated automatically and may vary.

2. Your account

You need a valid, personal email address. Temporary or disposable addresses are refused. One free trial image is offered per person; creating several accounts to obtain more free images is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

3. Credit and prices

Images are paid from prepaid credit: 2 DH per image on a white background, 3 DH per image with a template. Credit is added once your payment is confirmed. Credit is not refundable in cash, except where required by law.

You are only charged for images that are successfully generated. Failed images are automatically refunded. If a generated image is not usable, you can report it; we review each report and may refund the image at our discretion.

4. Your content

You must own the photos you upload or have the right to use them, including the products, brands and scenes shown. You keep all rights to your photos and to the generated images. You may not upload illegal, offensive or misleading content, or photos of people without their consent.

5. Deletion after 30 days

Uploaded photos and generated images are permanently deleted 30 days after upload. We send a reminder by email before deletion. It is your responsibility to download the images you want to keep. Deleted images cannot be recovered.

6. Checking results

AI may occasionally alter details of a product, such as small text on a label. Check every image before using it commercially. PhotoPro is not responsible for the use you make of generated images.

7. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse the free trial, or use the service fraudulently.
