Privacy & data retention

In short: your photos are private, only used to generate your images, and permanently deleted after 30 days.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, hashed password, the IP address used at sign-up (to prevent abuse of the free trial).
- Your uploads: product photos, templates and your watermark logo.
- Billing data: credit history and top-up requests, including any receipt you attach.
How your photos are processed
To generate an image, your photo (and template, if any) is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini or OpenAI) through its API. It is used only to produce your image. Your photos are never shown to other users and never used for advertising.
How long we keep data
- Photos and generated images: 30 days after upload, then permanently deleted. You are notified by email 7 days and 1 day before. You can delete a batch earlier yourself.
- Templates and watermark: until you delete them or close your account.
- Account and credit history: as long as your account is open, and afterwards as long as required for accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your photos, templates and watermark.
